Clicking on the button on the scene controls, or the ‘Open Table of Contents’ button in the journal panel, will open the Campaign Codex Table of Contents and Quest Board window.
The window is divided into two sections: the upper tabs and the main content panel below it. There is Filter text box to filter the list in the main content panel.
The tabs are:
Groups
Regions
Locations
Entries
NPCs
Tags
Quests
There is also a button which is visible when not in the quest tab and will create a new sheet of the same type as the current tab.
A list of all Campaign Codex sheets of the tab type will display in alphabetical order in the main content panel. Next to each entry is a button to toggle the default ownership of the associated sheet between “Observer” and “none” This is a quick and easy way to permit all players to view a sheet. If there are quests within a sheet a icon will appear next to it as well.
The sheets can be dragged and dropped from this panel as if they were being dragged from the journal panel, they can be used to link, make map notes, and whatever else you can do with dragging journals.
Users will only see sheets listed if they have permission to view the sheet.
Quests

The main content panel will display a list of pinned quest titles and a button to expand the quest to view the description and any objectives that have been set as visible. A icon will open the sheet the quest is in, if the user has permission to view that sheet.
All pinned () quests will appear in this panel regardless of sheet permissions. Unpinned () quests where they are set to visible and the user has permission to view the sheet will be displayed below the pinned quests. Displaying unpinned quests can be disabled in the core settings.
